Summary

Richard is an American backpacker who goes to Thailand in search of adventure. In his hotel in Bangkok he finds a map that leads him to a legendary island inhabited by a secret community of travelers. One day Richard swims out in the ocean to catch fish and is attacked by a shark. He manages to kill it with a knife. In this monologue he tells his friends how he did it.
