Summary

Freddie Clegg is a psychotic, shy bank clerk who kidnaps a beautiful girl and locks her in his basement. Here we are at the end of the movie. The girl has just died in the cellar and Freddie sits there looking at the dead body or the girl he loved..the monologue continues as a voice over as he drives to town and finds his next victim, a nurse who is crossing the street...
