About this piece

"What's a broad anyway?"

Summary

George Webber is a successful Hollywood songwriter. He has just turned 42 and is going through a mid life crisis, causing concern to her lover Samantha Taylor and his friend/partner Hugh. One day he sees a gorgeous woman on her way to get married and, considering her the most beautiful woman he has ever seen ( a "10"..) follows her in the church. He starts obsessing about her and after he finds out that she is honeymooning in Mexico, decides to follow her there... This scene takes place at George's place. He has a telescope on his balcony that he uses to peep into his neighbor's sexual escapades (his neighbor has one too as we later find out they have an agreement) and his lover criticizes him about it. He argues he only concentrates on the "broads" and doesn't really see him. An funny argument starts about him using the term "broad" in a derogatory way..The scene is about 5 minutes long.
