About this piece
Eddie Schneider's crazy business pitch
Summary
Eddie Schnerider is a charismatic creative director at an advertising agency in New York. He is a master at pitching to his clients. This monologue is one example. As he arrives late to a business presentation, he improvises a very creative pitch. The people he is pitching to are the owner and executives of an airline company. As he enters the room, he asks his client how he feels, then answers a phone call...then he tells him now he knows how his clients feel...then he describes in detail what happens when his passengers are delayed and treated rudely by his personnel. At the end of the pitch he tears down the airline's ad posters "Trans US airlines. Can I help you?". Their new motto will be "Trans US airlines. Your business. Now.".....
